— the basics —

What is Yasno?

Yasno is a trading-psychology app for iOS. It reads your state — sleep, recovery, mood, the tilt that builds across a session — instead of your trades, so you know whether you're fit to trade before the open. It watches the trader, not the chart.

Is Yasno a trading journal?

No. Journals log what you traded; Yasno tracks the state behind it. There's no trade table, no entries and exits, no performance report — on purpose.

Is this a meditation or mindfulness app?

No. No breathing exercises, no guided sessions, no wellness fluff. It's built in trader language for people who already have an edge and keep getting in their own way.

Who is Yasno for?

Traders who already have a system and keep overriding it — prop, futures, options, anyone whose worst losses have a feeling attached. If you want signals or someone to tell you what to buy, it isn't for you.

— how it works —

How does the Readiness Score work?

Yasno pulls signals from Apple Health — sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate — and turns them into one score for the day. It's a read on whether your body is set up to trade well, not a medical or diagnostic measure.

What does the diary do?

After a session you log how it actually went — your mood and a few words, no structure required. Over time Yasno reads the patterns in it, so you can see what keeps showing up before a good week unravels.

What is the AI Coach — and does it give trading advice?

It's a coach for the mental side — tilt, habits, the stuff you'd never tell your pod. It does not give trading advice, signals, or tell you what to buy or sell. It works on how you show up, not what you trade.

What is Touch Grass?

A one-tap way to step away — it quiets the market noise (X, Discord, TradingView) when you need to call it a day. Sometimes the best trade is no trade.

What are intentions?

Intentions are how you decide to show up — an overall intention, a weekly focus, and one thing you're improving. Not goals: you can't control the outcome, only how you trade toward it.

— privacy & data —

What data does Yasno collect?

The health signals you allow (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate), what you write in your diary, and your intentions. That's it — no trades, no account, no broker.

Where is my data stored?

Your diary and the data behind your patterns stay on your device. We don't keep your health data in the cloud.

Does my health data ever leave my phone?

Only when you use the AI Coach, which is powered by Google's Gemini — and only after you explicitly agree. We tell you before anything is sent, and you can use the rest of Yasno without it.

— access & pricing —

How do I get access?

Yasno is in private beta through TestFlight. Join the waitlist and we'll send an invite when a seat opens.

Is Yasno free?

The beta is free. When pricing goes live there'll be a free tier plus a paid plan — early beta users get grandfathered founder pricing.

What platforms is it on?

iOS only for now. Android soon.
